Headlight wiring harness Now Available Click here for pic
Harness with relays to feed full 12V to headlights and take the load off the headlight switch and associated wiring. Especially benifitial when upgrading to H4 headlights. It is constructed of automotive grade crosslinked polyethelene wire made for under hood enviorments.
Will be set up for 4 headlight cars two headlight also available.
The two low beam sockets are 5' apart and there is 2' between the relays and the first low beam. I can change these lengths if needed.
The harness requires no cutting of existing wires and can be easily removed and reverted to stock.
$55 each. Similar harnesses sell for almost double elsewhere made with the same wire.
Cooling fan harness. Now Available Click here for pic
Single and dual fan wiring harness with relays located in same place as relays for headlight harness above for cleaner installation.
The Dual fan relay harness is available. It will operate two fans on two independant temp switches. I can build the harness to operate off of one switch if needed. I can also add connectors for a manual override. All you have to do is run a wire from the connector in the harness to a switch in the dash. The other terminal on the switch just needs to be grounded.
A version that will kick on both fans when the AC is turned on is also available. Just let me know how you want it wired and I'll do it that way. If you want a custom length wire just let me know. I can also install terminals to plug right into most GM fan motors.
All relays in both above harnesses are plugged into relay sockets that clip to each other. They are roughly 1.25 wide. The two relays on the headlight harness will clip right on to the two in the fan relay harness.
Replacement tail light wiring harness for 79-88 El Camino. Available soon
Will be a funcional replacement. The round connector is not available for the new harness. In it's place will be a weatherpack connector, the mating end and terminals will be included. I can also make the harness using a used connector by soldering and heat shrink tubing the connections.
I will have one for the 78 as soon as I get a 78 tail light harness to use as a template.
If you want a replacement harness for another G body I can make them up as well as long as I have a sample harness and all the correct connecctors.
Rear disk kit.
I am still working on it. It will use calipers wth built in parking brakes and 10.5" x 1" vented rotors. The only machining that will be necessary is to turn dow the outer diameter of the axle flange. An easy and cheap operation. I speculate the price will be in the $400 range.
Rear lower control arm boxing kit. Available soon
